摘要 目的分析Sysm ex UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪(简称UF-100)检测尿液中有形成份的临床应用价值。方法用UF-100与显微镜同时检测650例随机患者尿液,对比分析两者结果。结果 UF-100与显微镜法相比,检测红细胞阳性符合率为87.3%,阴性符合率为85.7%,假阳性率为14.3%,假阴性率为12.7%;测定白细胞阳性符合率为90.2%,阴性符合率为93.2%,假阳性率为6.8%,假阴性率为9.8%;测定结晶阳性符合率为67.8%,阴性符合率为93.1%,假阳性率为6.9%,假阴性率为32.2%;测定上皮细胞阳性符合率为79.4%,阴性符合率为85.2%,假阳性率为14.8%,假阴性率为20.6%,测定管型阳性符合率为65.3%,阴性符合率为92.2%,假阳性率为7.8%,假阴性率为34.7%;测定类酵母菌阳性符合率为55.9%,阴性符合率为91.7%,假阳性率为8.3%,假阴性率为44.1%。结论 UF-100对尿液中有形成份检测快速简便、报告及时,但受诸多因素影响。对UF-100测定结晶、类酵母菌、管型阳性及肾病患者的标本,应再用显微镜检查分析。UF-100仅作初筛之用,不可完全取代显微镜检查。 Objective To analyze the detection capacity of visible component in urine by Sysmex UF-100 automatic urine sediment analyzer(UF-100 analyzer).Methods The urine specimens were collected from 650 patients randomly,and were analyzed by UF-100 analyzer and microscope examination.Results Compared the results of UF-100 analyzer with microscope examination,the positive and negative coincidence rates and false positive and negative rates for red blood cell were 87.3%,85.7%,14.3% and 12.7%,for white blood cell were 90.2%,93.2%,6.8% and 9.8%,for crystal were 67.8%,93.1%,6.9% and 32.2%,for epithelial cell were 79.4%,85.2%,14.8% and 20.6%,for pipe model were 65.3%,92.2%,7.8% and 34.7%,and for yeast-like were 55.9%,91.7%,8.3% and 44.1%.Conclusions For the determination of components in urine,UF-100 analyzer is rapid and simple,but there are many effecting factors.When the crystal,yeast-like and pipe model are detected by UF-100 analyzer,for the kidney disease samples,the results should be checked by microscope examination.UF-100 analyzer can be applied for preliminary screening,but it can′t replace the microscope examination.
