摘要
含油污泥是石油化工行业的主要污染物之一,对其进行净化处理是环境保护与实现可持续发展的要求。文中对含油污泥资源化利用的技术应用现状进行了概括总结。研究得出:萃取法、焦化处理等对污泥的含油量有较高的要求,处理效果好,然而运行费用比较高,需要进一步的完善;热解技术因产油率高、经济性好,具有广阔的发展前景。
Oily Sludge is one of the major pollutants of petrochemical industry,thus its purification treatment is the requirement for the environmental protection and sustainable development.The paper summarized the status quo of reutilization of oily sludge and technology application.The research conclusion is that the treatment of oily sludge by extraction and coking processes have good treatment effect,but both processes need relatively high operating costs and have high requirement for oil content in sludge,and need further improvement to realize industrial application;as a process of high oil yield and good economical efficiency,pyrolysis technology is considered to be a effective treatment method for oily sludge reutilization.
