血脂康治疗急性冠状动脉综合征对Lp-PLA2和MMP的影响 被引量:5

The Effect in the Serum Lever of Lp-PLA2,MMP Resulting from Temporary Treatment of Xuezhikang to Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

摘要 目的通过观察急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)和基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)水平的变化,探讨Lp-PLA2和MMP与ACS的关系及血脂康对其的影响。方法选择符合诊断的ACS患者33例,分为2组,血脂康组(下称治疗组)(20例)和对照组(13例)。检测两组治疗前后血清Lp-PLA2、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的改变,并进行临床疗效对比。结果 (1)治疗前ACS中急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者血清Lp-PLA2、MMP-2和MMP-9水平明显高于不稳定性心绞痛(UA)患者(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后治疗组Lp-PLA2、MMP-2、MMP-9水平均较对照组有明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 (1)Lp-PLA2、MMP-2、MMP-9可作为检测斑块稳定与否的指标。(2)血脂康具有降低ACS炎性指标Lp-PLA2、MMP-2、MMP-9水平的作用,在短期内血脂康具有抗动脉粥样硬化、稳定斑块的作用。 Objective To evaluate the correlation between lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2),matrix metalloproteinase(MMP) and acute coronary syndrome(ACS),also the effect resulting from the intervention of Xuezhikang,by observing serum levels of Lp-PLA2,MMP in patients with acute coronary syndromes(ACS).Methods 33 patients with ACS were randomly divided into two groups: xuezhikang group(20 cases) and a control group(13 cases).Compare the two group′s serum level of Lp-PLA2,MMP-2,MMP-9 in pretherapy and posttreatment,at the same time compare the clinical efficacy.Results Before treatment,the serum lever of Lp-PLA2,MMP-2,MMP-9 in the AMI patients were higher than in the UA patients(P0.05).After one week treatment,the serum level of Lp-PLA2,MMP-2,MMP-9 was remarkably decreased in xuezhikang group than control group(P0.05).Conclusion Lp-PLA2,MMP-2,MMP-9 can be regarded as a sign of detecting the unstabilized plaque.Xuezhikang can decrease serum level of Lp-PLA2,MMP-2,MMP-9 in patients with ACS,and play an important role in anti-atherosclerosis as well as plaque-stablilizing in a short time.
