摘要
[目的]了解我国护理人员的工作价值观现况及其影响因素。[方法]以《护理研究》杂志2008年6月—2009年10月来稿作者为研究对象,采用工作价值观量表,对全国26个省市自治区794名护理人员进行调查,并分析其影响因素。[结果]我国护理人员工作价值观总分为5.11分±0.67分,情感型价值观得分最高;不同年龄、护龄、职称护理人员只在物质型价值观方面存在差异(P<0.05),不同学历护理人员工作价值观及其各维度均存在差异,不同工作单位性质护理人员工作价值观及其各维度差异无统计学意义。[结论]我国护理人员工作价值观认同程度较高,护龄、年龄、职称影响护理人员物质型价值观,学历对护理人员工作价值观影响较大。
Objective:To know the status quo of the work value of nursing staff in China and its influencing factors.Methods: Subjects were 794 nurses authors of "Chinese nursing research" who contributed paper from June 2008 to October 2009 from 26 provinces.All nurses were investigated by adopting "Work values Inventory".And influencing factors of work value of nursing staff were analyzed.Results: The total work value of nurses in China was 5.11±0.67.Among which,scoring of affective value was the highest.In terms of the material value,there were statistical significant differences among nurses of different ages,nursing ages,and different job titles(P0.05).There were differences in terms of work value and each dimension among nursing staff with different education backgrounds.However,there were no statistical significant difference in terms of different values and each dimension among nurses from different level hospitals.Conclusion: Recognition degree nursing staff in China toward work value is high.Nursing age,age,and job title of nursing staff may influence their material type of values.But educational history has a little influence on the work value of nursing staff.
