摘要
叙述了提高水泥浆紊流顶替效率的室内对比试验概况及试验结果, 结合试验结果在分析目前 G 高水泥浆、减阻剂原浆及电处理浆流变性增减变化率的基础上, 提出了提高水泥浆紊流顶替效率的方法, 采用减阻剂+ 高频电场处理水泥浆可望获取增大紊流深度、增加顶替效果, 建议推广应用这一新方法.
This paper descibes the survey and the results of the laboratory comparison tests on improving the replacement efficiency of cement mortar turbulence.It has proposed a method of improving the replacement efficiency on cement mortar turbulence based on the experiment results and the analyzing of high cement mortar G,drag reduction raw mortar and variation rates of mortar streams by electricity treatment.It has adopted the retardant+cement mortar treated by high frequency electric field to enhance turbulence depth and its replacement efficiency.
