摘要
为防止油井固井水泥环的机械破坏,应用材料强度理论推导了油层套管许用内压力的计算公式,并应用该公式对HY油田存在管外窜流的L1井油层套管的许用内压力进行了计算。结果表明,该井密封试压时过高的套管内压力造成了油、水层间薄夹层井段的水泥环机械破坏,所产生的纵向裂缝是引起管外窜流的直接原因。
In order to prevent the mechanical damage of cement mantle in oil wells, the calculation formula of the permissible inner pressure for caseing is derived by the strength theory of the material, by which inner pressure for casing in well L1 at HY oilfield has been calculted. It is concluded that overhigher inner pressure of seal test-pressure in this well damages mechanically cement mantle responsible for the narrow intercalated bed between oil and water layer, and results in the vertical fractures that make the case channeling.
