摘要
中国企业员工面临着较严重的工作-生活失衡。包括员工工作价值观发生变化在内的一些驱动因素促使企业管理层采取有效策略,如培育支持性企业文化、实施中性的家庭友好政策、提高上司的支持力度、发挥工作对生活的溢出效应等,帮助员工实现工作-生活平衡。
Employees of Chinese enterprises face serious work-life imbalance. Because of a number of driving fac- tors, including changes in employee work values, effective strategies should be taken to realize work-life balance by corporate management, such as fostering a supportive culture, implementing the neutral family-friendly policies, improving the supervisor's support, giving full play to the spillover effects of life, etc.
