摘要
采用回收蒸汽回水代替硬水对烟叶进行回潮的方法,使烟叶中化学成分氯和烟碱的含量有效降低。改善了烟支燃烧性和吸食性,并间接减少烟叶中的焦油含量,从而提高烟叶的内在质量及其耐加工性。
In this study by taking use of of the steam condensate to replace the hard water to regain the moisture of tobacco leaf, the chmical compositions of chloride and alkali content were reduced effectively. The use of this method improved the combustibility and suction feeding properties of cigarettes. In the meantime, the tar content was reduced, in turn, the intrinsic quality and proeessibility of tabacoo leaf were promoted.
