摘要
为适应特色工艺精细化多工艺路径和柔性化加工的需要,解决分组加工从计划制订到生产调度指挥过程中存在的问题,在分析采用分组加工模式下制丝生产过程所发生的变化和新特点的基础上,提出了适应分组加工的MES应用架构模型。介绍了利用MES架构模型对分组加工工艺过程进行优化的基本方法,并对MES系统在分组加工中的应用前景作了展望。
In order to solve the problems existing in group processing from plan making to production dispatching and commanding, the application frame model of MES fit for group processing was put forward based on analyzing the changes and characters of primary processing brought about by the implementation of group processing. The basic method of optimizing technical process of group processing with MES frame model was introduced and the future application of MES in group processing was envisaged.
