摘要
为检验涡轮钻具叶栅叶形设计的合理性, 降低试验费用, 拟定了采用少数涡轮定转子组成叶栅组进行性能测试的试验方案, 建立了由试验台主机、计算机测控系统和循环系统组成的测试系统。该测试系统采用计算机控制, 自动施加扭矩载荷, 自动控制循环流量, 可根椐采集的数据进一步推算出涡轮钻具整机的性能指标。测试结果表明, 根据十级涡轮叶栅换算出的整机性能参数与实测值非常接近, 其测试数据可做为评价涡轮钻具整机性能指标的依据。
In order to verify the reasonableness of blading design and lower the cost of test, a scheme for turbodrill performance test is adopted by using a few stators and rotors as a set of blading. A test system, which is comprised of main computer, monitoring and control apparatus and circulation unit, is established. In this system, torque is applied and circulation rate is controlled automatically. According to the data collected by the system, the performance index of the turbodrill can be calculated. The test result shows that, the calculated performance parameters of the turbodrill are very close to the measured values, therefore they can be taken as a base for evaluating the turbodrill performance.
