应用PIV技术测量幂律流体在环空管道内的流场 被引量:6

摘要 为研究偏心环空流动或其它流体的流动特性,建立了幂律流体的环空流动实验模型.利用PIV(粒子成像测速仪)技术对环空流场中的粒子分布、速度场和速度分布进行测量,获得了环空流场的流动特性和速度分布规律.结果表明:同一种流动条件下测量大量的瞬时流场,可以获得稳定的时均速度分布场,这反映了环空流场的流动特性,为研究不同情况下的环空流动提供了思路;不同质量浓度、不同流量下流场分布情况的测量结果为数值计算以及工程设计提供了重要的参考,也为以后偏心环空流场的测量奠定了基础;应用PIV流场测量技术研究环空流动流场特性可行. In order to study the flow characteristic of eccentric annulus flow or other fluids,annular flow experiment devices have been constructed and designed,and particle distribution,speed field and speed distribution of the annulus fluid field have been measured by the technology of PIV(Particle Image Velocimeter),the flow properties of annular field and velocity distribution has been analyzed.The experiments proved that steady average speed field can be obtained through metering lots of instant flow field at the same flow situation.It reflects the flow property of annulus flow field,and provides other fluid's law.These metering results of different PH indicator polymer and different flow provide important reference for numerical computation and project design,establish the basis for the test of eccentric field,too,and prove the feasibility of advanced PIV technology for the annulus fluid field research.
