青岛市崂山区流感病例样本实时荧光PCR结果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的对2009年青岛市崂山区流感检测样本进行分析,为流感防控提供科学依据。方法采集青岛市崂山区哨点医院监测流感病例和爆发流感病例的鼻咽拭子标本438份,应用实时荧光PCR方法对其进行检测。结果甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸阳性187例,其中学生183例(男153例,女30例);其他甲型季节性流感病毒阳性39例,其中学生34例(男27例,女7例)。结论在校生为流感发病的主要人群,学校是极易爆发流行的场所,应重点加强学校以及聚集性地方甲型H1N1流感的监测和防治工作。 Objective To analyze the influenza case samples of 2009 for providing scientific evidence in the prevention and control of the disease.Methods A total of 438 nasopharynx-swab samples of patients with influenza were collected from one sentinel hospital in Laoshan district of Qingdao during outbreak of the disease,the samples were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.Results Influenza A(H1N1) virus nucleic acid was positive in 187 cases,of whom,183 were students(male 153;female 30),and other seasonal influenza A virus was positive in 39 cases,of whom,34 were students(male 27;female 7).Conclusion Schools are the places extremely easy to become epidemic outbreak of influenza,and students in school are the main crowd involved in this infection disease.A focal point should be paid on schools and public places to monitor,prevention and cure of influenza A(H1N1).
