摘要
根据轮式装载机的实际工况建立了轮式装载机座椅用空气弹簧的力学模型,推导出其精确的传递特性方程,结合具体实例计算得到标准状态下空气弹簧的最优阻尼值,并分析了空气弹簧在不同工况下各参数与传递特性之间的关系,为进一步建立座椅系统模型奠定了基础。
The air spring dynamic model of the wheel loader chairs is set up and the transfer ratio equation is derived accurately.Further more,according to one type of air spring the best damping numerical value is calculated.The relation of transfer character and other parameters such as mass or initial stress in different condition is also analyzed,which is prepared for the next study of the model foundation of the chair system.
