介绍了护士个性特征与工作绩效、心理健康、工作倦怠的关系,人格特征评价在国内外护士招聘中的实践,在护士招聘中开展人格特征评价的意义,并对招聘过程中开展人格特征筛选进行了展望。
It introduced the relationships among personality characteristics,job performance,psychological health and job lassitude of nurses.It reviewed the practice of personality characteristics assessment in recruitment of nurses at home and abroad.It introduced the significance of carrying out personality characteristics assessment in recruitment of nurses.And it prospected to carry out screening of personality characteristics assessment in recruitment of nurses.
