摘要
目的建立舒肩胶囊的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中桂枝、防风、当归、川芎、葛根进行定性鉴别。结果所有薄层图谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论薄层色谱法简便、准确,重现性和分离度好,可用于舒肩胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish TLC method for Shujian Capsule.Methods Ramulus cinnamomi,Radix saposhnikoviae,Radix angelicae sinensis,Rhizoma chuanxiong,Radix puerariae lobatae in Shujian Capsule were identified by TLC method.Results The TLC spots is fairly clear,and the blank test showed no interference.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and with good repeatability and was not interfered by other constituents in the prescription.It can be used for the quality control of Shujian Capsule.
