摘要
以异菸酸一巴比妥酸钠为显色体系测定空气中的丙酮氰醇。试验结果表明:该方法具有灵敏度高,显色时间短,显色剂配制简便,稳定性良好的优点。其最佳测量波长为600nm,发色温度为25℃,25min即达最大吸光度。该方法最低测定浓度为0.0003mg/m3。
Using isonicotinic/ barbituric acid as color developing system to determine acetone cyanohydrin in air, the result shows thatthis method has characteristics of high sensitivity, short color developing time, simple preparation of color developer and good stability.Especially when the optimum measuring wave-length is 600nm and chromophoric temperature is 25, the max. absorbance can bereached in 25 minutes. The minimum concentration determined 0.0003mg/m3 with this method.
