摘要
[目的]研究蝴蝶兰转绿色荧光基因GFP导入技术。[方法]利用农杆菌菌株GV3101(质粒pBI121),对绿色荧光蛋白基因GFP导入技术进行了研究。[结果]在20.0 mg/L卡那霉素(Kan)选择培养基上获得了蝴蝶兰原球茎分化和生根的健壮植株129株。经PCR检测,其中59株是转基因植株。[结论]该研究为蝴蝶兰分子育种提供了参考。
[Objective] The aim was to study the transformation technique of GFP gene in butterfly orchids.[Method] The transformation technique of GFP gene was studied by Agribacterium tumefaciens GV3101 with the plasmid PBI121.[Result] 129 vigorous plants with original corm differentiation and rooting were regenerated on the selection medium containing 20.0 mg/L kanamycin,among them 59 plants belonged to transgenic plants.[Conclusion] The research provides reference for the molecular breeding of butterfly orchids.
