Effect of Semiconductor Laser Extravascular Irradiation on Blood Biochemical Parameters

摘要 目的观察低功率半导体激光外照射腕部血管对血液生化指标(血脂、血糖、血液流变学、血小板聚集率)的影响。方法使用(激光波长650 nm)SAS-XNIB型半导体腕戴式激光治疗仪,输出总功率20 mW,选择122例患高脂血症、高粘血症及糖尿病的患者,进行激光血管外照射桡动脉治疗,治疗前后测定患者的血脂(总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白)、血糖、血液流变学及血小板聚集率。结果高脂血症、高粘血症及糖尿病治疗的总有效率分别为90.65%、94.38%、80.95%;血液生化指标中血总胆固醇(TC)、空腹血糖(GLU)、全血粘度(高切)、全血粘度(低切)、纤维蛋白原、血小板聚集率(PAGT)治疗后下降幅度差别有统计学意义(P<0.01);低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)治疗后下降幅度差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桡动脉激光血管外照射可改善高粘血症,降低高血脂、高血糖。为高粘血症、高血脂、糖尿病患者提供一种新的、无创性的治疗方法。 Objective To observe the effect of low power semiconductor laser irradiation on wrist vessel on the blood biochemical parameters(blood lipid,blood glucose,hemorheology index,platelet aggregation rate).Methods Extravascular irradiation(650 nm) was conducted by using SAS-XNIB semiconductor wristlet style laser apparatus(output power is 20 mW).The irradiation on radial artery vessel was carried out in 122 patients with hyperlipidemia,hyperviscosity or diabetes.The indices of blood lipid(total cholesterol,triglyceride,high densitv lipoprotein,and low density lipoprotein),blood glucose,hemorheology and platelet aggregation rate were measured before and after the treatment.Results The total effective rate for hyperlipidemia,hyperviscosity and diabetes was 90.65%,94.38% and 80.95%,respectively.The difference in total cholesterol,fasting blood glucose,hyperviscosity,fibrinogen,platelet aggregation rate had statistical significance as compared to that before the treatment(P〈0.01).LDL-C decreased obviously after the treatment(P〈0.01).Conclusion The semiconductor laser irradiation on radial artery vessel can improve the hyperviscosity,decreased the hyperlipemia and hyperglycaemia.It’s a new,non-invasive therapeutic method for patients with hyperviscosity,hyperlipemia or hyperglycaemia
