摘要
目的探讨钙通道-瞬时受体电位阳离子通道V5(TRPV5)在慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(NBCP)发病机制中的作用。方法建立NBCP小鼠模型,采用免疫组化SP法及实时荧光定量PCR法分别检测NBCP小鼠及正常对照组小鼠前列腺组织中TRPV5蛋白及其mRNA的表达。结果 NBCP小鼠前列腺组织TRPV5 mRNA的表达高于对照组[(0.815±0.062)vs.(0.587±0.080)](P<0.05)。结论钙通道TRPV5的mRNA水平升高在慢性前列腺炎发病机制中可能起一定作用。
Objective To investigate the function of calcium channel transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily V member 5(TRPV5) in the pathogenesis of nonbacterial chronic prostatitis(NBCP).Methods The expressions of TRPV5 protein and TRPV5 mRNA in prostatic tissues in C57BL/6 mice with NBCP and normal controls were detected by SP immunohistochemical method and real-time PCR.Results The expression of TRPV5 mRNA was higher in prostatic tissues in NBCP mice than that in normal controls [(0.815±0.062) vs.(0.587±0.080)](P0.05).ConclusionThe increase of TRPV5 mRNA expression may play a role in pathogenesis of chronic prostatitis.
