摘要
目的:了解重庆地区抗肿瘤药的应用现状及趋势。方法:对重庆地区2007-2009年20家医院抗肿瘤药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等进行回顾性分析。结果:抗肿瘤药的销售金额2008年较2007年增长31.8%,2009年较2008年增长37.6%。DDDs除2008年植物类抗肿瘤药略有下降外,其余均呈逐年上升趋势。中成药的DDDs连续3年排第1位,其销售金额2007、2009年均排在第1位,2008年排在第2位。结论:副作用低、价廉的中成药占据了重庆地区抗肿瘤药的较大市场。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the application and trend of antineoplastic agents in Chongqing area.METHODS：The consumption sum,defined daily doses （DDDs） and defined daily cost （DDC） of antineoplastic agents in 20 hospitals in Chongqing area from 2007 to 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS：The consumption sum of antineoplastic agents increased by 31.8% in 2008 compared with 2007,and increased by 37.6% in 2009 compared with 2008.The DDDs of antineoplastic agents increased year by year except that of botanic antineoplastic agents decreased slightly in 2008.The DDDs of Chinese patent medicines remained at the first place over the three years.The consumption sum of it took up the first place in 2007 and 2009 and the second place in 2008.CONCLUSION：Chinese patent medicines which have little side effect and low price occupy an important place among all antineoplastic agents in Chongqing area.
