不同α-亚麻酸含量油脂对高脂模型大鼠脂质水平及氧化损伤的影响 被引量:9

EFFECT OF OILS CONTAINING DIFFERENT ALPHA-LINOLENIC ACID CONTENT ON LIPID LEVEL AND OXIDATIVE DAMAGES IN HYPERLIPIDEMIC RATS

摘要 目的研究不同α-亚麻酸(α-ALA)含量油脂对高脂模型大鼠脂质水平及氧化损伤的影响。方法 60只雄性Wistar大鼠分为正常对照、高脂对照、花生油、13%、27%和55%α-ALA油脂共6组。除正常对照组外,其余各组在饲喂高脂饲料同时采用灌胃方式连续给予2ml/kg.bw剂量的受试油6 w后,分别测定各组大鼠血脂及肝脂质水平、血清抗氧化性能和粪便中性固醇等指标。结果 ALA 13%、27%和55%含量的油脂对高脂模型大鼠均具有显著降脂作用,增加粪便胆固醇的排泄,且随α-ALA含量增加降脂效果则更为显著;但当油脂中α-ALA含量为55%时,将导致血清中形成脂质过氧化产物。结论α-ALA含量为13%和27%的油脂具有较显著的降脂作用,且对机体不造成氧化损伤。 Objective To investigate the effect of oils containing different α-linolenic acid content on lipid level and oxidative damages in hyperlipidemia rats.Method The rats were divided into control group(Cont),high fat diet group(HFD),peanut oil group(PO),13%、27% and 55% α-linolenic acid blend oil(ALA-BO)groups.Except the control group,the other groups were fed high fat feed and treated simultaneously with corresponding test oils(2ml/kg.bw) for 6 w orally.Serum and hepatic lipid profile,antioxidant status and fecal neutral sterols were determined at the end of 6 w.Results Blend oils containing 13%、27% and 55% ALA could regulate lipid metabolism through enhancing cholesterol secretion in hyperlipemic rats,with dose-response relationship.But when ALA acid content of oil reached 55%,it could lead the formation of plasma peroxidation products.Conclusion 13% and 27% ALA-BO had remarkable lipid-lowering activity,and couldn't cause oxidative damages on rats.
