【Objective】 To investigate the influnence of hepatitis C virus infection on micro-inflammatory state in hemodialysis patients.【Methods】 Serum levels of markers of micro-inflammation including CRP、TNF-α and IL-6 were compared between anti-HCV antibody positive[HCV(+)]and HCV(-)MHD patients.30 cases were enrolled in each group.Indications of nutritional status namely serum albumin and prealbumin were also compared.【Results】 Serum CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α levels of HCV(+) group were significantly higher than those of the HCV(-) group(P 0.05) and serum albumin and prealbumin levels of the HCV(+) group were significantly lower than those of the HCV(-) group(P 0.05).【Conclusion】 HCV infection could aggravate micro-inflammatory state in MHD patients and further aggravate the malnutrition.
