摘要
目的探讨临床上应用外固定架治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗方法和临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院收治的68例股骨粗隆间骨折患者的病例资料,所有患者均应用外固定架进行治疗。结果所有患者经治疗后,优37例(54.4%),良25例(36.8%),可6例(8.8%),差0例(0%),优良率为91.2%。所有患者均为一期愈合,无一例手术并发症发生,所有患者均进行随访复查,随访时间半年以上。结论外固定架治疗股骨粗隆间骨折疗效肯定,手术操作简单,对患者创伤小,术后短时间内可活动。其缺点有感染和螺纹针松动等。
Objective To discuss the treating method and the clinical curative effect of the outside bracket fixing treatment in curing thighbone thick prosperous bone fracture.Methods To retrospectively analyze the data of the 68 cases patients treated in our hospital, who got thighbone thick prosperous bone fracture.all patients’were conducted by the outside bracket fixing treatment.Results After the treatment,excellent for 37 cases（54.4%）;fine,25 cases（36.8%）;6 cases are ok （8.8%）,no fail （0%）,91.2% are good.All patients were healed by first intention,no case appeared complicating disease after surgery,all of them had been followed with reexamination about half a year.Conclusion The treatment of outside bracket fixing of thighbone thick prosperous bone fracture can be affirmed, easy of the surgery to be conducted,little hurt to the patients,and it’s allowed to move in a short time after operation.Its shortcoming is that it may have infection,and the thread needle may become less crowded and so on.
