摘要
我院自１９９２年以来用压缩外固定支架治疗股骨转子间骨折４７例。用６具新鲜湿尸股骨通过机械测试股骨间转子间骨折处应力分布，伸张，位移，扭转。它的固定作用比麦氏鹅头钉及Ｅｎｄｅｒ钉强，经临床应用显示这种固定方法操作简单。
Abstract He Run ji,et al.Department of Orthopedics Sec-ond People’s Hospital of Suzhou,Jiangsu215002 Since 1992,the authors had treated 47 cases of in-tertrochanteric fracture of the femur using compressionbrace with external fixation. Through mechanical tests in6 fresh cadaver femoral specimens ,the distribution ofstress , strain,displacement and rotation at the fracture siteof the femur were obseved. The effect of external fixa-tion compression brace upon the intertrochanteric fractureof the femur was stronger than that of the Mclanghin nailand the Ender’s nail. The clinical application of this exter-nal fixation compression brace has proved to be a methedof easy operating system giving satisfactory results
