摘要
以五月慢白菜种子为材料,研究了He-Ne激光不同辐照剂量以及不同辐照时间对白菜种子发芽率及其茎和叶长度的影响。结果表明,激光辐照剂量为39.58J/cm2、辐照时间为10~20min时,显著抑制白菜种子的发芽率以及茎和叶的长度。
Using cabbage variety Wuyueman as material,the impacts of He-Ne laser irradiation luminance and duration on cabbage germination percentage and the growth length of stems and leaves.The research results showed that it would significantly inactivate cabbage germination percentage and the growth length of stems and leaves when the irradiation luminance and duration was 39.58 J/cm2 and 10~20 minutes respectively.
