摘要
以菘蓝(Isatis indigotica)为实验材料,研究了He-Ne激光和增强UV-B辐射对板蓝根DTA热解参数的影响。结果表明:(1)对照组、激光处理组、UV-B处理组和UV-B与激光复合处理组的DTA热解曲线都表现三个过程,一个小的吸热和二个放热过程;(2)对照组、激光处理组、UV-B处理组和UV-B与激光复合处理组的DTA热解参数(峰温度范围、峰顶温度、峰面积、峰高度、ΔH)存在明显差异;(3)从DTA曲线计算得到的总焓值来看,与对照相比,UV-B辐射提高了焓值,激光处理则焓值有所降低,二者复合作用焓值与对照接近。
DTA analysis has been done in order to determine the effects of He-Ne laser radiation on DTA parameters of Radix Isatidis exposed to enhanced UV-B, the results indicated: (1) DTA curves of four groups represent one endothermie peak and two exothermic peaks; (2) DTA parameters(e, g. temperature range of decomposition peak, peak temperature, peak area, AH) are different significantly among four treatments, (3) As for the total enthalpy value, it was increased with UV-B radiation and decreased with lasers radiation, however, when UV-B radiation followed He-Ne laser radiation, the total enthalpy value was propinquity with CK group.
