摘要
在300ml带搅拌的高压反应釜内,考察了煤和木屑共液化反应的规律及工艺条件。结果表明:在煤和木屑共液化过程中,木屑能够有效地促进煤的转化,提高油收率,改善油品质量。
Coliquefaction of coal and biomass waste is an exploration for decrease in the cost of coal liquefaction and promotion of effective utilization of biomass waste Tests of coliquefaction of Xinwen coal and sawdust are carried out in an autoclave manufactured by Autoclave Engineering Inc USA The effects of reaction parameters, i e , temperature, time, cool hydrogen pressure, atmosphere and solvent, on the coliquefaction process are investigated Results show that the addition of sawdust to coal can not only make the reaction conditions milder but also enhance the conversion of coal and at the same time improve the quality of the liquid products The liquid products from the coliquefaction contains more oil than those from coal liquefaction alone Sawdust, in some sense, can donate hydrogen in coliquefaction When tetralin used as solvent under initial hydrogen pressure of 3 40MPa and reaction time of 30 min at 400℃, conversion of coliquefaction can reaction 82 4% with oil yield 37 8%
