以荔枝果皮甲醇提取液为材料, 研究了紫外光和阳光照射对提取液吸收光谱的影响. 发现紫外光和阳光能够分解花色素苷吡喃钅羊盐环. 同时还探讨了不同波长和强度的光对荔枝褐变的影响,
Anthocyanidin glucoside in the extracte of litchi ( Litchi chinensis Sonn.)pericarp can take place a photo dissociation reaction under illumination of UV or sun light. The light wavelength effects on dissociation reaction of anthocyanidin glucoside was discussed. The photo denaturation of litchi was also pointed out.
