摘要
[目的]研究苦豆子(Sophora alopecuroides L.)总碱光分解情况及抗氧化剂特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)对其光分解抑制情况。[方法]将苦豆子总碱置于太阳光及紫外光下照射,研究光分解情况。[结果]苦豆子总碱属于光易分解物质,其光分解半衰期不超过1h运用抗氧化剂TBHQ能有效抑制苦豆子总碱光分解。不同浓度TBHQ对苦豆子总碱光分解的抑制效果不同,处理浓度越大,其抑制苦豆子总碱光分解的作用越强。[结论]为寻找合适的抑制苦豆子生物碱光分解的稳定剂提供依据。
[Objective]The research aimed to study the photolysis of Sophora alopecuroides L.total alkalis and the inhibitory effects of Tertiary butyl hydroquinone(TBHQ) on its photolysis.[Method]The Sophora alopecuroides L.total alkalis were irradiated in the sunlight and the ultraviolet ray illumination,then the photolysis was studied.[Result]Sophora alopecuroides L.total alkalis decomposed easily under the lights,and their half-life were less than one hour.Oxidation inhibitor TBHQ could effectively inhibit the photolysis of Sophora alopecuroides L. total alkalis.Different concentration TBHQ had different inhibitory effects on the photolysis inhibition of Sophora alopecuroides L.total alkalis. Thereinto,the concentration was higher the inhibitory effects was stronger.[Conclusion]The study can provide the basis for finding suitable light stabilizer of inhibiting the photolysis of Sophora alopecuroides L.total alkalis.
