摘要
采用臭氧-活性炭-过氧化氢法对染料废水进行了处理,考察了添加剂、废水初始pH值对染料废水中COD、色度、挥发酚及氰化物去除率的影响。结果表明,臭氧-活性炭-过氧化氢联合的方法对染料废水中COD、色度、挥发酚及氰化物的去除很有效,去除率均达96%以上。最佳条件下,COD、挥发酚达国家三级排放标准;色度、氰化物达国家一级排放标准。
We disposed the dye wastewater by the way of ozone-carbon-hydrogen peroxide. The influence that additives and the pH to COD of wastewater, color, phenol and cyanide removal rate were inrestigated. The results show that: the elimination rate of COD, color, volatile phenol and cyanide is effective by the way of ozone-carbon-hydrogen peroxide, the removal rate reached 96%. Under the optimal conditions, COD, phenol emission achieved the third grade discharge standards of GB18918-2002, color, cyanide emission achieved the first grade discharge standards of GB18918-2002.
