摘要
根据可持续发展的 4 个基本要求(经济效益的不断提高、充分就业、资源的节约和生态环境的改善)建立起产业结构的 Lagrange 函数及其优化模型,并给出了求解方法. 这种方法具有经济学和可持续发展理论基础,并且不存在参数辨识问题,具有可操作性,因而可以广泛应用于生态城市等的经济发展规划中.
According to rules of sustainable development, the authors present Lagrange function and its optimization model as well as algorithm for industry structure. Based on economics and sustainable devolopment theory, this method which is operatable and has no problem in recognizing parameter can be used in the design of economic development in many fields, such as ecological city.
