摘要
提出一种可衡量资源配置是否达到最优的标准,并给出了具体的数学模型。该模型克服了西方经济学迄今仍未解决的因非零自由度现象所造成的困难,使资源最优配置的衡量标准满足了唯一性要求。
This paper has suggested a criteria for evaluation the resources optimum allocation. According to this oriteria which solved the problem caused by the non-zero free degree phenomenon in western economics, the uniqueness of resources optimum allocation can be deduced.
