摘要
通过在PPS中加入纳米SiO2制成母粒,应用熔融纺丝技术制备了耐热SiO2/PPS纤维,采用透射电镜(TEM)、傅立叶红外光谱(IR)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)等方法测试了SiO2/PPS纤维的结构与耐热性能。结果表明,与纯PPS纤维相比SiO2/PPS纤维耐热性提高,强度热损失率降低,在240℃时断裂强度和断裂伸长率分别提高了50.639%和7.286%,使用温度提高了60℃。
Through the addition of nano-silicon dioxide in the pure polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), the SiO2/PPS masterbatch was obtained, then using melt spinning technology to make heat-resistant PPS fiber( SiOJ PPS fiber). The structure and heat-resistant properties of samples were characte^zed by transmission election microscopy( TEM), infrared spectrum( IR), differential scanning calorimeter( DSC ) and other measurements. The results indicated that the anti-heat performance of the heat-resistant PPS fiber improved greatly compared with the pure PPS fiber, when heated, its strength loss rate decreased. When the temperature was 240℃, the breaking strength and breaking elongation 50.639% and 7. 286% respectively; moreover, the use temperature was of samples were improved by increased by 60~C.
