摘要
为解决库存与运输的效益背反性,建立了基于Milk Run取货模式的汽车零部件库存运输整合优化的双层规划模型。通过上下层的博弈关系研究库存与运输,逐步平衡二者的效益背反关系,达到整个取货物流网络的最优化。根据模型的特点设计了分层迭代算法,通过数值仿真验证了模型的实用价值和有效性。
To solve benefit deviation relationship between inventory and transportation,a bi-level programming model for auto parts Inventory-Transportation Integrated Optimization(ITIO) was constructed based on Milk Run mode.Bi-level game relationship was used to study inventory and transportation.The benefit deviation of inventory and transportation was balanced step by step and the overall logistics network optimization was realized.Bi-level iterative algorithm was designed according to model characteristics.Finally,feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model were validated by simulation.
