摘要 介绍了液相色谱法与免疫学检测方法检测农产品中展青霉素的应用情况,并展望了未来的发展前景。 The paper introduces the application of high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） and fluorescence polarization immunoassay（FPIA） to the detection of patulin in agricultural products,and forecasts their development prosects.
