摘要
探讨血浆(1→3)-β-D-葡聚糖动态检测对评价深部真菌感染的抗真菌药物疗效的价值。应用MB-80微生物动态快速检测系统及GKT-5M Set动态真菌检测试剂盒定量检测血浆(1→3)-β-D-葡聚糖的含量。在48例深部真菌感染患者的血浆(1→3)-β-D-葡聚糖检测中,有35例患者血浆(1→3)-β-D-葡聚糖水平逐渐下降;有5例患者血浆(1→3)-β-D-葡聚糖水平先升高再降低,最后降至正常水平;且有8例患者血浆(1→3)-β-D-葡聚糖水平逐渐升高或处于高水平状态。患者血浆(1→3)-β-D-葡聚糖动态检测是有效评价抗真菌药物疗效的指标。
To explore the contribution of dynamic detection for the plasma(1→3)-beta-D-glucan to therapeutic monitoring of invasive fungal infection.The concentration of plasma(1→3)-beta-D-glucan in 48 patients was detected by Microbiology Kinetic Rapid Detection System MB-80 and Kinetic Mycetes Detection Kit GKT-5M Set.The results showed that the concentration of(1→3)-beta-D-glucan in all patients was 50pg/mL.The concentrations of plasma(1→3)-beta-D-glucan in 35 patients were decreased gradually,and in 8 patients were increased gradually in 48 patients.The results indicate that the dynamic detection for plasma(1→3)-beta-D-glucan is useful for the evaluation of therapeutic effect of antimicrobial medicine.
