摘要 碱溶胀型增稠剂在水性涂料领域中的应用有别于其他类型的增稠剂,除传统概念中的配方用量的影响外,增稠剂被碱性物质中和的程度是对涂料体系的流变特性的重要影响因素之一。文章从碱中和程度这一角度出发,对该类增稠剂在水性涂料体系的流变特性的影响进行研究与探讨,为水性涂料的配方设计及对该类增稠剂的使用提供一定参考。 In most of traditional waterborne rheological modifier,alkali swell-able emulsion is different from the other kinds of thickener.An aqueous system could be led to definitely thickening effect and rheological behavior through ASE or HASE not only depending on the dosage but also the neutralization of amine such as D.M.E.A(dimethylethanolamine).On the aspect of rheological character,with different concentration of DMEA,the influence of the amine dosage for the neutralization with ASE(HASE) was investigated in the article.It could be referred for some formula designed of waterborne paint and the usage of this type of thickener.
