摘要
目的观察补阳还五汤对早期糖尿病肾病患者血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法将60例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为2组,对照组30例予西药常规治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加服补阳还五汤2,组均治疗4周,观察治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量I、L-6及TNF-α水平的变化。结果 2组治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量I、L-6及TNF-α与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗后均降低;治疗组治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量I、L-6及TNF-α均低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤能降低早期糖尿病肾病患者的尿微量白蛋白,其作用机制可能与下调血清IL-6及TNF-α的水平有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of Buyanghuawu decoction on IL-6 and TNF-α in serum of patient of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 60 cases of early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two control group,which was treated by conventional western medicine,and treatment group（n=30）,which was treated by Buyanghuawu decoction combined with conventional western medicine.24 h urine protein,IL-6 and TNF-α were measured four weeks after treatment.Results There were obvious differenced between before and after treatment on 24 h urine protein,IL-6 and TNF-α in two groups（P0.05,P0.01）.The levels of 24 h urine protein,IL-6 and TNF-α in treatment group were decreased in comparison with those in control group after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Buyanghuawu decoction can decrease urinary microalbumin in patients of early diabetic nephropathy,its mechanism may be related to down regulate the level of serum inflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF-α.
