摘要
用艾默生EC20 PLC及EV3000,EV2000变频器对双刀切纸机控制系统进行了设计,并且通过485协议格式进行通信.该系统实现了切纸机速度与纸张长度改变的同步控制,提高了切纸的精度,减小了误差,并且具有较好的可扩展性.
This paper describes the control system of Synchro-fly Cutter based on Emerson EC20 PLC and EV3000 and EV2000 inverter,which communicates through the protocol format 485.The system can not only achieve the synchrocontrol between speed of the cutter and change of the paper length,improve cutting accuracy and reduce the error,but also has better scalability.
