摘要
分析切纸机传动工艺过程,对变频控制方式和伺服控制方式进行精度计算,得出变频控制技术方案不能满足切纸机切纸精度要求,只有采用伺服控制才能够保证切纸精度。采用安川伺服控制器设计完整的切纸机控制系统。
Analysing the cutter transmission process,and calculating the precision of the frequency control mode and servo control mode,to arrive at conclusion that the program,frequency conversion control technology,can not meet the cutter cutting precision,only by adopting the servo control can ensure cutting accuracy.So using the Yaskawa servo controller to design the complete cutter control system.
