摘要
根据现有的研究成果,并结合实例,采用OWA算子的方法,对供应链管理风险进行研究。预测了供应链管理中各风险发生的概率大小和影响大小。得出该方法既适用于整体大风险的计算、比较,也适用于具体的风险因素间的比较;同时考虑到了各风险事件的不同的紧急性,具有灵活性。进而得出该方法适合供应链网络中风险因素相关性相对较低的风险研究。
The paper studies empirically supply chain risk management using the OWA operator and forecasts the probability and influence of the various risks in supply ehain management. It concludes that the OWA operator based method is not only applicable to the calculation and comparison of generic risks, but also to that of specific risk factors, that it is also flexible in that it gives due consideration to the different levels of urgency of risk events and that it is particularly suitable for the study of supply chain networks with risk factors of low fevel correlativity.
