摘要
以红色康乃馨为材料,采用不同的有机酸、Mg2+及蔗糖的浓度梯度设置对红色康乃馨花瓣进行处理,经过干燥、破坏性试验后比较、选择确定出最佳干燥花保色方法。实验结果表明,有机酸对红色康乃馨干燥花保色效果较为显著,其中保色效果较好的酸的先后顺序为:酒石酸>柠檬酸>苹果酸,并筛选出保色效果较好的处理方法为:7.5%酒石酸浸泡处理15h;10%酒石酸处理10h或15h。金属离子Mg2+与蔗糖处理对红色康乃馨干燥花保色无显著效果。
Differrnt color retention agents and treatments were given to study the color retention of dried red Dianthus caryophyllus.The results showed that: The organic acid has a significant effect on the color retention of dried red Dianthus caryophyllus.The order of the kinds of organic acid which has a better effect is: dihydroxysuccinic acid Citricacid malic acid,and the better treatments are: soaking in 7.5% dihydroxysuccinic acid for 15h and 10% dihydroxysuccinic acid for 10h or 15h.Metal ion Mg2+ and saccharose have no significant effect on the color retention of dried red Dianthus caryophyllus.
