不同光照强度对彩色马蹄莲试管苗生长的影响 被引量:11

摘要 以彩色马蹄莲品种为试材,研究不同光照强度对彩色马蹄莲试管苗生长的影响。结果表明:高光强对促进彩色马蹄莲试管苗的生长和提高其品质效果显著。当光照强度大于45μmol.m-2.s-1时,增加光强可明显促进试管苗的生长,试管苗的株高、叶片数、叶长、叶幅、根数、根长及叶绿素指数均随光照强度增加而增加;在27μmol.m-2.s-1处理下的试管苗株高和最大叶长略高于45μmol.m-2.s-1处理,但其叶幅、鲜重、干物重、干物率及叶绿素指数均低于45、63、81μmol.m-2.s-1处理;试管苗的根系活力在27μmol.m-2.s-1处理下最低,且与其他3种处理差异显著;但45、63、81μmol.m-2.s-1处理的根系活力差异不显著。 The shoots in virto of colored Zantedeschia were used as material to sudy the effects of illumination on its growth. The results showed that the growth and quality of colored Zantedeschia shoots in vitro could be obviously improved by higher illumination. When intensities of the illumination were over 45 μmol·m^-2·s^-1, the growth of the shoots could increased as the increase of illumination intersity, as well as plant height, leaf number, length and width of leaf, number and length of root and leaf chlorophyll content expressed as SPAD value. The leaf width, fresh/dry weight, dry mass ratio and SPAD value of shoot in vitro in the 27μmol·m^-2·s^-1 treatment were lower than that in 45, 63 and 81μmol·m^-2·s^-1 treatments though its plant height and leaf length were a little higher than that in 45μmol·m^-2·s^-1 treat- ment. The root activity of shoots in vitro in the 27 μmol·m^-2·s^-1 treatment was the lowest and had a significant difference among the four treatments, but it had no obvious difference among the 45, 63 and 81 μmol·m^-2·s^-1 treatments.
