摘要
随着现代经济、文化及健康教育的进步,口腔种植外科与修复技术有望成为缺失牙患者的首选修复方法。在临床口腔种植技术日趋成熟的今天,注重患者诊疗过程中的细节,分享口腔种植手术的成功经验,探讨修复环节中的失误,分析失败病例的原因,汲取主要的教训,总结应急处理中的要点和方法将对于临床口腔种植医生的健康成长与进步有着十分有益的启迪。本文通过笔者历年积累的临床病例与文献复习着重介绍这一专题。
With the development of modern economy,culture and health education,dental implant therapy and prosthodontics are expected to be the first-choice treatment for patients with missing teeth.Therefore,it is very good for the clinical physicians to pay attention to the details during the process of diagnosis and treatment,to share experience of successful therapy,to discuss the errors in the prosthodontic phase,to analyze the causes of failure cases,to learn lessons from the failure,and to summarize the main points and methods of emergency management.This paper tries to talk about this topic based on years of collection of clinical cases and the literature review.
