摘要
针对有限元软件ANSYS拱坝等效应力计算中存在的问题,以及结果不能在ANSYS后处理模块中直接进行图形显示,利用ANSYS参数化设计语言阐述了等效应力过程中坐标系设置、沿路径积分、夹角求解等关键问题的解决方法,同时采用单元转化及结点输出列表修改的方法,在ANSYS后处理模块中实现了拱坝坝面各结点有限元等效应力的计算和结果图形化显示的一体化。以某拱坝为例分析了有限元应力与等效应力在分布规律上的差异性,验证了方法的可行性。
A number of key issues encountered in the calculation of arch dam FEM equivalent stresses with ANSYS Parameter Design Language, including coordinate system setting, integral over path and angle solving, are analyzed and the solutions are proposed. For solving the visualization of FEM equivalent stresses, which can not be directly visualized in the General Postproc modules of ANSYS, the elements transformation and nodes output modification are adopted. These solutions guarantee tile integration of equivalent stress calculation and visualization in the General Postproc modules of ANSYS. As a case study, the finite element stresses and equivalent stresses of a dam are studied by above method. The resuh comparison of case study shows that the methed is feasible.
