高压石油钻井泵7500PSI空气包强度分析

摘要 针对石油钻采设备的主要部机高压钻井泵附件空气包在钻井过程中是否能够满足7500PSI的承压能力问题,根据空气包实际尺寸利用SolidWorks2016建立实体模型,依据压力容器设计国家标准GB150.3-2011对空气包的球壳进行校核计算,然后通过Ansys的有限元分析软件workbench对球壳进行有限元分析计算,通过计算得到空气包球壳的最大主应力、最小主应力分布,计算结果表明空气包球壳在高压7500PSI(52MPa)的压力下是安全可靠的。 Dealing with the issue whether the air package of high pressure drilling pump accessory of the oil drilling equipment can meet the pressure-bearing capacity of 7500 PSI during the drilling process, the solid model is established by using the SolidWorks 2016 according to the actual size of air bag, and the spherical shell of air bag is checked and calculated according to the national standard GB150.3-2011 of pressure vessel design. Then the finite element analysis is performed by meanings of software workbench of Ansys. The maximum principal stress and minimum principal stress distribution of air bag spherical shell are obtained through calculation. The results show that the air bag spherical shell is safe and reliable under high pressure of 7500 PSI(52 MPa).
