摘要
地层测试评价仪(FET)是中海油田服务股份有限公司引进澳大利亚CROCKER公司技术而开发和制造的新一代地层测试评价系统。其在地层压力测试、地层流体取样分析等方面起到了重要作用。液压泵驱动电机是FET的重要组成部分,用于驱动仪器液压泵,提供液压动力完成仪器的各项机械动作。介绍了一种基于CAN总线设计的液压泵驱动电机控制系统,它采用SPWM技术,实现了电机的变频调速控制,很好地解决了150℃高温环境下电机的控制与运行状态监测问题,有效地保证了系统的稳定运行。
Formation evaluation tool(FET) is a new generation of formation evaluation tool system.It is developed and manufactured by China Oilfield Services Co.LTD.,which technology is introduced from Australia CROCKER company.FET plays an important role in formation pressure testing,formation fluid sampling and analysis.The driving motor of hydraulic pump is an important part of FET,which is responsible for providing fluid pressure for all operation and sampling underground.The control system was designed based on the CAN bus in this paper,which adopted SPWM,realized the variable frequency control of motor,solved the problems of control and working state monitor of motor under 150 ℃,and guaranteed the stability of the system.
