摘要
积极心理学是20世纪末在西方心理学界兴起的心理学研究领域,主要研究人所具有的种种美德、积极品质、积极能力和积极潜力等。积极心理学的理念和高校学生干部的心理现状调查启示我们,高校学生干部的培养应更加注重：引导形成积极认知,用乐观的认知增强信心;帮助体验积极情绪,用丰富的情绪体验感受快乐;组织创建积极组织,用和谐的组织氛围调动热情;指导实践积极行为,用主动的利他行为激发潜能;赏识的积极特质,用良好的心理品质培养个性。
Positive psychology is the psychology research fields that rises in the end of the 20th century of western psychology circles,which mainly studies the various features of virtue,positive qualities,active ability and actively potential,etc.The ideas of positive psychology and the psychological status surveys of college student cadre enlighten us,the university student cadre＇s raise should even more pay great attention to： guiding the formation of a positive perception,enhancing confidence with optimistic cognition;Helping experience positive emotions,feeling pleasure with rich emotional experience;Creating positive groups,mobilizing passion with harmonious organization atmosphere;Guiding and practice active behavior,stimulating potential with the active altruism;Appreciating the positive qualities,cultivating personality with good psychological quality.
