摘要
以重庆交通大学学生科技创新能力为研究对象,分别从学校层面和学生层面分析了目前制约大学生科技创新能力的六大因素,并从科技创新组织建设、管理制度、运行机制、评价机制、科技创新平台建设、实验室开放周、科技活动周等方面提出了提高大学生创新能力的对策和建议,对于提高大学生创新能力具有一定的借鉴作用.
Aiming to the innovation ability of students in Chongqing Jiaotong University,the six factors which impede the innovation abilities of university students were analyzed in the view of school and students.The corresponding countermeasures such as organizational building,management system,operational mechanism,assessment system,innovation platform,laboratory open week,scientific and technological activities week are put forward,which are useful to improve the innovation abilities of university students.
