摘要
介绍了时滞液位过程模糊-PI控制系统设计。以工控机为核心,选用智能采集模块i-7017和i-7024、电动调节阀和压力传感器完成系统硬件设计,采用阶跃响应曲线法建立了系统数学模型,并基于MCGS工业组态软件开发了系统监控软件。针对被控过程的特点,采用改进型模糊-PI复合控制算法实现系统的控制功能,克服了PD型模糊控制器稳态性能较差的缺点,并通过增加设计积分系数的模糊整定规则库,对积分系数进行在线调节,有效地削弱了控制器的切换抖动,增强了系统的稳定性。试验结果表明,该方法可以使系统同时具有良好的动、静态特性以及抑制扰动的鲁棒性。
The design of fuzzy-PI control system for level process with time-delay is introduced in this paper. The system hardware design is realized, in which an industrial control computer is the core, and the intelligent acquisition module i-7017 and i-7024, electric regulating valve and pressure sensors are selected. Then the method of step response curve is used to obtain the model of the system. Based on MCGS industrial configuration software, the system monitoring software is developed. Considering the characteristics of the controlled process, an improved fuzzy-PI compound control algorithm is adopted. The method can overcome the shortcomings of the PD-type fuzzy controller such as poor steady-state performance of the system. In addition, the integral coefficient can be adjusted on line by increasing a fuzzy rule base for tuning the integral coefficient and the switching chatter can be effectively weakened. So, it can enhance the stability of the system. The experimental result shows that the proposed method could provide a better dynamic and static performance, as well as robustness against disturbance.
